Burnco’s main
fabrication plant is conveniently located in Concord Ontario,
adjacent to highway 407 and the railway, providing fast and easy
access to main transportation corridors. This 185,000
square-foot facility has a 30 foot clearance and is located on
ten acres of land.
The company offers
design-build services for fabrication of complex steel
structures and is capable of fabricating more than 24,000 tons
per year. It has 15 cranes available on site which provide up to
50 metric tons of capacity and access to rail.
Over the years, the
company has acquired a significant line of CNC fabrication
equipment. These include two CNC drill lines which can cut,
drill and cope beams, a CNC angle machine and a shot blasting
machine for material cleaning prior to painting.
Burnco is certified
by CWB to CSA standard W47.1: division 2.1. It is also a member
of CISC.
