FABRICATION

Burnco’s main plant is located in Vaughan, Ontario. We offer design-build services as a structural steel fabricator of complex steel structures. We produce more than 24,000 Tonnes per year.

Burnco utilizes robotics, CNC fabrication equipment (including two CNC drill lines), CNC angle machines, and shot blasting
for steel material cleaning prior to finishing and painting.

Our paint shop gives us the ability to complete onsite painting and metallizing of structural steel.

DESIGN SUPPORT

Burnco's engineering and estimating teams offer engineering consultants and contractors a variety of services in addition to pricing tender packages.

Design reviews: Review to evaluate fabrication feasibility and identify potential reductions in fabrication and transportation costs
Budget pricing: For options analysis and preliminary or conceptual designs
Erection scheme review: Review of steel erection ease and feasibility
